Our UK orders are shipped by Royal Mail 2nd Class or, for next day delivery, by DPD.

We ship same (working*) day for all orders placed before the cut-off time for your chosen service (2pm for Royal Mail 2nd Class, 12pm for DPD Next Day).

Kindly note during Sale periods and busy times of year, such as Christmas, our quoted delivery period may be extended.

UK Mainland & Offshore: Standard

£3.99 - 2-3 working days for Mainland, 3-5 working days for Offshore (Royal Mail 2nd Class)

Orders to be placed before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. If placed on a Friday after 2pm, your order will be dispatched on Monday. Please note that Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

UK Mainland: Next Day

£7.00 - Next working day (DPD)

Orders to be placed before 12pm. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day. If placed on a Friday after 12pm, the next working day will be Monday. Please note that DPD do not deliver on weekends or public holidays. Next Day delivery is available to UK Mainland addresses only.

Unfortunately we are unable to change a delivery address once the order has been dispatched.

We do hope you are delighted with your order. However if you are not entirely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also provide the receipt or proof of purchase. When processing a return, we’ll refund your purchase price minus the return shipping cost.

Any returns received after the standard 30 days a store credit will be issued.

Please package the item(s) with all tags intact, download the returns form here and return within 30 days.

Please be aware that you are responsible for the item(s) until it reaches us.

We strongly recommend obtaining a proof of postage certificate.
